INTER-CLUB COUNCIL (ICC)
Welcome to the Inter-Club Council (ICC)! We’re here to help you connect, lead, and bring your club’s ideas to life. The Inter-Club Council (ICC) is the official body representing student clubs at SRJC Santa Rosa Campus. Through meetings and activities, ICC connects clubs, allocates funding, and fosters leadership and collaboration. ICC consists of one delegate from each activated club on the Santa Rosa campus. As a student-led council, ICC handles club-related business, including recognizing new clubs and managing club funding. The ICC budget is made possible with the sales of CubCard Premium.

- ATTENDANCE & EXCUSED ABSENCES
Attendance is required for all ICC meetings. Delegates must stay for at least two-thirds (2/3) of the meeting to be counted present. Missing too much of a meeting, or multiple meetings, may lead to a club’s inactivation.
To request an excused absence, please email both the ICC Chair and ICC Advisor before the meeting.
KEY REMINDERS:
- View your attendance on the ICC Attendance Sheet.
- If absent, you may designate another club member to serve as your voting delegate.
- Unexcused absences can be appealed by contacting the ICC Chair within one (1) week.
- Two (2) consecutive unexcused absences or three (3) total will result in automatic club inactivation.

Together, the officers of the Inter-Club Council comprise the Inter-Club Council Executives (ICCX) and when given permission by the ICC, can make decisions on behalf of the ICC.
